Job Description:

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities including planning, implementing, and administering 401(k), Stock Option, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, Employer Stock Purchase, Health and Welfare and Defined Benefit plans.  Plan and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve quality, and meet current and future client and regulatory requirements.  Highlights included: Strategic and Tactical Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Audits, Investment and Service Reviews, New Product Rollout, Relationship Penetration, Annual Compliance Testing and Filing, ongoing payroll process flows and investing, administrative training and development and new business finals presentation support.

Position Requirements

Ability to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Strong technical knowledge of defined contribution and SOP plans
Ability to interact effectively with Senior HR and Finance executives
Superior project management skills, capable of working on multiple projects
Well Organized and client focused; able to anticipate client needs
Refined negotiating and objection handling skills
Commitment to provide handling skills
Willingness to travel
Strong PC skills.
Defined Benefit experience a plus
Minimum three to five years Defined Contribution experience
