| Job Description: |
* Ensures R3 hand off from ITO is as per OC QMS guidelines * Drives organic growth through change orders using OC CO process. * Manages and reports all financial aspects of the project including revenue, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection. Maintains zero defect compliance to EAC process and unbilled, provides clear revenue backlog summaries and scheduling. * Develops and maintains zero defect project schedule utilising SAP CPS. Timely release and base-lining of projects in SAP. * Directs and administers project-related activities utilising PRISM so as to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within Project Management QMS specification requirements. * Facilitates project closeout reporting and meetings - SAP TECO within 3 months of final billing and revenue. * Participates in the ITO proposal process on large projects – ITR Process * Use lesson learned and best practices to drive continuous improvement in PM compliance to KPI, PM QMS, PM processes and PM tools. Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelors degree (engineering discipline preferred) * Proven leadership skills in a matrix organization * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities * Solid understanding of basic financial concepts and measurements * Good oral and written communication skills in English, Italien and French * Strong computer skills * Greenbelt certified (GE employees only) * 30% travel required Location will be in Western Europe.
