Job Description:

· Lead an A level program to upgrade Asia partner capability for manufacturing extended array of GE CMH products.
· Manage the development and execution of the program deliverables for schedule, product, and program costs.
· Interface cross-functionally with Sourcing, Product Management, Production, Quality and Technology in executing the program.
· Use DFSS to ensure the program meets customer CTQ’s.
· Lead team through all program reviews, including T reviews, P reviews, and status updates. Qualifications/Requirements · BS in Engineering or other technical discipline.
· Project leadership, including demonstrated ability to develop and meet schedules and financial goals.
· Six Sigma Green Belt certification required. Must have high level knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and tools and ability to apply them correctly in executing a project or program.
· Ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines.
· Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
· Ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Demonstrated effective team player skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work without boundaries to accomplish critical tasks.
· Working knowledge of the NPI process.
· A good command of Chinese is a must for this position.

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance and Expectations:

China and with GE's EHS Policy (20.3), all CTC employees must: understand and comply with CTC's EHS Policy, safety instructions and established job specific safety procedures and rules; correctly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE); obey PPE signals; complete applicable EHS training; participate in accident, injury & illness prevention activities; enhance their knowledge of risk mitigation and emergency response skills ; and timely report near-miss cases, unsafe conditions and acts. Desired Characteristics · Prior work experience with HID programs.
· Willingness to travel frequently between Nanjing (supplier location) and Shanghai (GE China Technology Center).
