| Job Description: |
- To be familiar with both local business environment in Indonesia and Unsecured Loan Process, specifically Credit Card.
- To do matching, credit preview as part of Credit Card's processes.
- To ensure that the job is delivered within service indicator and raise any issue related to it.
- To optimize productivity without sacrificing the quality.
- To give feedback to Credit Policy in order to improve card acquisition process.
- To ensure all decisions (Approve, Reject, and Cancel) are in accordance with Credit Policy standards.
- To approve all Credit Card applications within proper credit limit.
- To ensure all deviations are in place and approvals are obtained properly
- To identify fraud case and giving feedback Fraud Management Department.
- Improve feedback mechanism to Marketing, Sales and Risk Management
- Continue to provide feedback to Credit Policy, Risk Management, Collection and Marketing as a closed loop process to ensure the quality of incoming applications.
- To work closely with other Units in Credit Initiation, Credit Policy, Marketing and Sales in order to improve application processing and deliver excellent service
- To involve in RCSA as tester (if requested by supervisor or control and compliance unit)
- To monitor and follow-up cycle time of credit application processing
- A minimum of Undergraduate (S-1) degree majoring in Information Systems / Computer Science / Mathematics / Engineering from reputable university
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply or 0-2 years of experience in credit is preferable
- Strong in analytical thinking
- Proficient in English and Computer
