| Job Description: |
Tokyo-Data Management to perform following roles : 1. Static Data Operation This involves static data input operation (client account and standing settlement instruction) to local systems, static database maintenance and data reconciliation by Excel, Access and other tool. 2. Business/client Support This involves regular and ad-hoc services such as account list and advices for internal clients and coordination with external market parties and clients. 3. Daily Work Management This involves management of Data quality, trouble shooting, capacity and risks assessment in the team. Also, this involves training to staff and internal clients. 4. Static Data Design and Process Improvement This involves support and cooperation for all change of Operation systems (such as I-STAR and its downstreams) and Data systems in local and UBS global (such as Masterfiles and it’s downstreams) also involves subsidiary tool/systems in Data–Tokyo team. Also, this involves improvement of Data process from front to Data and operation manual in Data team. 5. Internal / External Reporting This involves administrative roll for so called regulatory reporting in Operations wide as well as internal reporting relevant to static data such as account number and others.
