| Job Description: |
• Relationship management of outsourced services including – property managers, valuers, solicitors, rating surveyors, construction managers and insurance brokers • Portfolio and Asset Management team coordination- liaise with the asset and portfolio management teams regarding supplier relations and internal/external processes • Oversee monthly and quarterly valuation process for each fund • Resolve property rating issues as applicable • Ensure Insurance cover for three funds • Regulatory compliance – implement and review policies to ensure Health and Safety and CDM compliance • Events scheduling - ensuring delivery of reports from external suppliers - reviewing content and resolving or escalating issues where required • Procedures – review and update internal and external procedures where necessary • Fees and commissions – negotiation and monitoring • Assist in selection and appointment of external service providers where required • New funds – participation in launch process • Sustainability - help to formulate and implement a sustainability policy including the implementation of new CRC legislation • Asset Management system – to help the development of new modules for internal asset management tool Requirements • Have a sound background and knowledge of Commercial Property industry (RICS qualification desirable) • Have previous experience working as a managing agent, surveyor, operational manager or accountant in a commercial property firm • Have attention to detail and a proven ability to streamline and manage processes effectively • Be a self starter and keen to take responsibility • Be a good team player • Have Excel Skills – Advanced/Moderate Our Offering UBS can offer you an environment geared towards performance, attractive career opportunities, and an open corporate culture that values and rewards the contribution of every individual.
