Our Human Resources team, located in Baltimore, MD is currently seeking a Human Resources Governance Associate to join our team.

Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations and HR Governance, responsibilities and duties include:

  • Auditing company wide HR polices and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements and best practices are followed; audits may include criminal background checks, new hire paperwork, I-9 forms, etc.;
  • Serving as the point of contact for all HR internal audits/external audits;
  • Coordinating audit documents and procedures with HR managers to present to auditors;
  • Ensuring any recommendations or changes resulting from audit are implemented in a timely manner;
  • Assisting with internal investigation files as needed;
  • Running weekly and quarterly recruiting reports;
  • Providing assistance and guidance to associates on company policies and procedures as needed;
  • Assisting with internal investigations as needed;
  • Partnering with generalists on tracking unemployment, severance, visas, exit interviews, and other special projects;
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least three years working in a professional services environment in Human Resources;
  • College degree preferred;
  • Flexibility to work on multiple projects;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and problem solving is required.
