In IT COO Corporate Systems in Zurich we are looking for a: Head of Process & Quality Management (f/m) We offer The successful candidate will take over the role as Global Head for Process & Quality Management for Risk, Finance & Corporate Systems IT (RF&CS IT) with approximately 20 employees. RF&CS IT has 2000 internal and external employees and delivers global technology solutions for all Shared Services divisions of the bank (CFO, GC, TB&C, CIO, CRO).
Key responsibilities are to develop and implement standardized Solution Delivery and Quality Management processes globally for RF&CS IT and to build up a sustainable quality management organization.
Ensure a close collaboration with departments (QMOs, QMPs) and regular communication to all department heads. Further develop the Quality Management community in RF&CS IT.
Provide process and quality management services to all departments and run the existing QM processes, collect relevant QM data and produce and distribute monthly QM dashboard.
Maintain the existing Solution Delivery frameworks (esp. CSP+) and provide adequate training to the organization covering GSDP, Solution Delivery framework, QM processes, PRB, Assessments, Tailoring, etc.
Coordinate and perform quarterly GSDP assessments globally and report on GSDP compliance and NCs. In addition, run global Project Review Board for RF&CS IT on a bi-weekly basis.
Establish process ownership and governance in RF&CS IT (Project Management, Requirements Engineering, Configuration Management, Solution Engineering, Testing, Quality Assurance, Measurement and Analysis).
Collaborate with central Process and Quality management organization within IT COO and substantially support the global IT-wide programs "Solution Delivery Process Harmonization" and "onePPM". Develop new One Bank Waterfall methodology in close collaboration with practitioners across IT and close alignment with global SD Process Harmonization initiative. Start deployment of One Bank Waterfall methodology in RF&CS IT. You offer A successful career as senior project / program manager, line manager or business manager.
Fluent in English and German.
Deep understanding of Solution Delivery, project management and quality management processes.
Very good knowledge in the area of Process Management, Tooling and Software Development Environments and Organizations.
Profound experience in Project Management (ideally experience in international project management in large organizations) and experience in managing complex change projects.
Very strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding communicator and a change agent.
Senior professional with extensive experience and demonstrated success of working in a global team across organizational/regional boundaries with multiple stakeholders in several locations (Zurich, London, New York, Singapore).
University degree.
