Job Description:

1. Support strategic approaches and maintain alignment of development projects with enterprise strategic direction and application architecture. Influence change when needed.                                                                                                                          

2. Assume leadership role in establishing and ensuring compliance with IT governance policies and initiatives including standards, application design patters and best practices.                                                                                                        

3. Document the desired future state of application architecture and design, document the gaps between current and future state and establish roadmap and action plan to achieve th eend state.                                                                           

4. Take the lead to develop the product and/or project teams competencies.  Provide mentoring and coaching.



5. Anticipate emerging business needs and provide information technology tool recommendations to the business.                                                                     

6. Design, document and drive adoption of enterprise-wide architectures and framework.


1. Application Design and Engineering Lead capability at global level                                                                                                                                    2. Ability to influence at the architecture level the right sofware engineering practices                                                                                                            

3. Ability to set standards and establish awareness and training towards efficient and quality development as well as deliverables.                                                          

4. Relevant experience with product management, technology processes and operations                                                                                                                  

5. Implmentation and governance management with defined metrice measurements   

6. Drive innovative idea with practical software engineering processes and standards to acheive workable results



1. Expert on application design and software engineering with clear understanding on DO's and DONT's for systems effectiveness, resilency and availability.                                                                                                        

2.  Detail knowledge and relevant experience on the SDLC and ability to understand the complexity and  identify needs for transformation.                                                                          

3.  Detailed technical knowhow on the various platforms                                                                                                                                                  4.  Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
