Job Description:

- Position functions as the Global Head of the Singapore and Texas GNCCs.


- Manages a global staff of 170


- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight to the Global Citibank Network.


- Directly manages and make all decisions for the GNCC.


- Develops, improves, implements and delivers superior network operations support to the Global Citibank network.


- Broad regional and global exposure to multiple network platforms and various network tool sets.


- Experience gained managing a large financial support budget.


- Exposure to network product development and leading edge technology.


- Position will have business contacts and work relationships across all Citibank Subsidiaries.


- Ensure the organization adheres to the information security standards and global compliance policies.


- Responsible for setting and communicating operations strategy globally.


- Responsible for leading the business requirements definition,


- Must establish key senior technology partnerships both regional and global.


- Provides the oversight of key major initiatives.


- Manages project deliverables and ensures short-term business deliverables are met.


- Implement appropriate controls to eliminate risk and to ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.


- Enforce zero tolerance on past dues audit deliverables and issues


- Executes 2011/2012 and beyond strategic business plans and priorities.


- Delivers incremental network solutions/services to Citigroup customers. Monitors/reviews multiple on-going business projects.


- Develops and maintains external relationships with the global team.


- Fosters innovation. Ensures our support services stay current/ahead if the market.

- 10 years experience working with Wide Area and Local Area Networks


- In-depth Product or Operations knowledge with Cisco Products.


- Track record of working across large, complex, multiple business lines to deliver an integrated solution to clients across global/regional geography


- Strong compliance background.


- Project management/execution and delivery experience.


- Experience in delivering results and meeting financial plans a must.


- Candidate should currently be performing at a Director level.


- Outstanding people leadership skills. Able to motivate/influence.


- Superior communication, problem analysis/solving and interpersonal skills.
