Job Description:

Quality Assurance Analyst professional responsible for participating in all phases of the Project Delivery Process for each assigned project. May be assigned to multiple projects. Project participation will include identifying and realizing opportunities to introduce test practice improvements in line with organizational strategy. Perform analysis of current processes providing process improvement recommendations as required. Incorporate continuous quality improvement techniques when necessary, providing 'knowledge sharing' and training for colleagues and internal partners. Provide advice and expertise on Quality Assurance, testing and technical matters, including customized solutions to specific project requirements while maintaining compliance to standards.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Defect tracking and risk assessments.

  • Participate in internal process and procedures improvement projects

  • May be responsible for the maintenance, training, and information communications for tools used to support the product development process.

  • This position's additional responsibilities will include developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance measurements; performing ad hoc analysis and producing meaningful operational metrics to help drive performance and achievement of business objectives.


  • Strong influence, communications (oral/written), facilitation, and project management skills

  • Self motivated, results orientation, problem solving ability

  • Hands on, detail orientation and ability to work well in matrix management team environment

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and Database experience

  • Demonstrated leadership in complex project management - cross firm experience, process analysis and improvement - ABC, reengineering, Six Sigma/DMAIIC tools, etc.
