Job Description:

The TSS IT Risk Assessment function provides oversight to two key IT Risk Management programs:



  • Third Party Oversight (TPO) - oversight for all key TSS Third Party service providers in accordance with the JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) Third Party Oversight (TPO) Standard.



  • Application Security Assessment (ASA) - oversight for all TSS applications in accordance with the JPMC ASA framework.



As an Information Risk Analyst, your primary responsibility is to perform TPO and ASA reviews per defined processes to identify control gaps and risk issues.

 

Specifically, as a member of the TSS IT Risk Management team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end assessment process as outlined in the bullet points below.  You will be working with various TSS Technology, Risk and Operations groups and you will be accountable for meeting milestones and deliverables; therefore, communication, teamwork, self-direction, and the ability to execute are key required skills.

 

Key responsibilities: 


  • Drive formal scoping meeting to ensure the review is properly scoped and agreed upon with all key stakeholdersReview completed questionnaire and supporting materials to ensure they are complete and meet JPMC expectationsResolve field work issues with third party assessors

  • Develop LOB knowledge in order to render risk opinions on issues

  • Consult with IT Risk Manager and/or Operational Risk Manager on risk opinions as needed

  • Work closely with and provide risk guidance to Relationship Managers and technology teams throughout the review process

  • Conduct in findings meetings with Relationship Managers, Information Owners, Technology Manager and other key stakeholders to confirm issue severity and remediation plans/non-compliance acceptances

  • Complete post review activities including loading questionnaire, scoring assessment and updating information in the risk management tool.  Finalize executive summaries

  • Perform TPO questionnaire-based and leveraged reviews as assigned

  • Provide timely escalation of issues to appropriate leads depending on issue

TS International Technology is a global technology organization that is responsible for the systems processing for international Treasury Services branches in EMEA, Asia & LATAM. The team responsible for Low and High Value payments, DDA, and local clearing links for these branches as well as a number of global utilities, SWIFT and OFAC. The team is based in Bournemouth, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tampa and San Paulo.

  • Previous experience in IT Risk Management and/or Technology Audit function

  • Subject matter expert on IT control assessment

  • Complete understanding of IT Control Policies

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong risk analytical skills

  • Strong knowledge of the Phoenix IT Risk Module and Reporting function

  • Stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to work with external Third Party Assessors, Relationship Managers, Technology Managers and other Risk functions through out the review process

  • Promote teamwork behaviours within the IRM function, across TSS and at the firm-wide level
