The Corporate Internet Group (CIG) supports public Internet sites for all lines of business within J. P. Morgan Chase. CIG is comprised of over 400 professionals located in Delaware, New York, Ohio, Florida and Illinois. The group consists of senior business strategists, developers, infrastructure and architecture specialists, information architects, usability professionals, interactive designers, editors and other project support and operations staff. CIG works closely with all lines of business including: Auto Lending, Business Banking, Card Services, Commercial Banking, Education Finance, Home Lending, Investing, Private Bank, Private Client Services, Retail and Treasury.  J.P. Morgan Chase's online sites are currently among the top ranked in the industry. CIG's goal is to provide consistent, integrated internet applications that are intuitive, dependable and easy to use for all customers.

 



As a CIG Business Analyst you will partner with the appropriate Private Bank line of business (LOB) leads along with all of the internal CIG functional groups to plan, manage and deliver various website enhancement efforts.  You will assist in the coordination and management of day-to-day priorities, team deliverables and ultimately ensure successful delivery.  This will include facilitation of forums to understand business needs, gathering and presentment of requirements, cross-impact identification and end-to-end plan management.  The LOB you will be supporting serves very valuable and sensitive clients and they expect and demand excellent service.

 

You will be on point for the efforts from inception through to successful implementation.  You will have responsibility for managing across functional teams spanning multiple functional areas including technology, operations, risk, compliance, legal and client service centers.  You will be responsible for delivering all efforts on time and within budget.

 

Since you will be supporting a diverse client with unique needs you will have exposure to senior levels of management across the firm.

 



  • College degree required

  • Financial Services experience preferred

  • Investment/Wealth Management experience/subject matter expertise preferred

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication ability

  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible and comfortable with frequently changing priorities

  • Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to deliver complex efforts

  • Team player with demonstrated work ethic
