As an Information Risk Analyst within the Retail Financial Services (RFS) - Information Risk Management (IRM) Third Party Oversight team (TPO) team, your role will be to manage a portfolio of TPO control reviews and to provide TPO support to the Retail Lob business channels, IRMs and Relationship Managers. The primary responsibility of the Retail TPO team is to identify, analyze, manage and track Third Part Information Technology risks.

 

Key Responsibilities


  • Engage with Relationship Managers to ensure their Third Parties are reviewed in accordance with JPMC TPO standards.

  • Conduct security risk assessments of the TPOs, either through use of external assessors, remote reviews or onsite reviews.

  • Provide recommendations to the Relationship Managers for use of the TPO and remediation of issues.

  • Record progress for tracking and compliance of TPO reviews.

  • Gathering, production and co-ordination of tracking metrics.

  • Identify opportunities for stream lining and automation of processes.

  • General risk tool support, e.g. certification of Risk Ratings, User Re-certification.

  • Issue resolution and tracking and monitoring






  • 3 years plus of demonstrated knowledge of technology controls and knowledge of IT Risks.

  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Ability to positively influence both internal stakeholders and TPOs.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.

  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.

  • Good organization skills with focus on follow up and follow through.

  • Ability to create/define metrics that accurately reflects the current state of the TPO program within RFS.

  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • IT Risk and/or Audit experience is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of JPMC Phoenix, Archer a strong plus.

  • Solid understanding of GLBA and ISO standards a plus.
