The Systems Consulting Manager is a business /systems analyst position reporting directly to the Systems Director of the "Plan" function of the Information Technology Group (ITG) of the Law, Compliance & Business Ethics organization. The Manager will serve in a business analyst and consultant capacity, with emphasis on technology solutions, improving business processes and focus heavily on the overall awareness and adoption of existing and new technical solutions. The Systems Consulting Manager will work with LCBE business subject matter experts to document business requirements, which will include both the actual business requirement authoring as well as overseeing business requirement writing by the business. This Manager will be accountable for the accuracy and completeness of business requirement deliverables, as well as the baseline acceptance of BRDs by all project stakeholders. The Manager will also have project management responsibilities for smaller projects and will work with an assigned project manager on larger scale projects. The project management responsibilities will include taking a primary management role during the requirements phase (e.g. initial conception, requirements gathering, researching solutions, and evaluating software, selection of software, preparation of written recommendations, etc.) and a supporting role during development and · Ability to document business needs and requirements is required · Excellent written/verbal communication skills · Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science or related field is preferred. A Masters Degree is a plus. · Over 6 years experience in a Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager role supporting business units globally is required. · Over 2 years working experience for Compliance, Legal and/or Business Ethics is highly desired. · Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions · Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology · Experience with Project Management tools and methodology, IIBA Certification or PMP Certification is preferred · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including; Word, Excel, Project and Visio.
