You Offer

A law degree and qualification as an attorney
8-10 year's experience, preferably with international experience in both law firm and corporate legal department environments
Experience in banking and financial services or Cross Border expertise is a strong plus
Analytical and conceptual thinking, well organized and process-driven
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, flexible and able to manage a diverse workload under demanding deadline pressures
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages beneficial

Responsibilities

Following and advising on developments in cross border related laws and regulations in the Asia Pacific region
Issuing and developing the bank's Cross Border framework and policies
Help people understand the Cross Border framework and the risks re. Cross Border business
Ensure co-ordination with  the entire Cross Border organization and management of Cross Border matters
Liaise with external legal counsel and co-operate across the Bank's divisions and departments
Support Cross Border trainings
