Job Description:

As a Learning & Performance Solution Training Coordinator, you will: 


  • Ensure accurate enrollment, course set up and maintenance in the LMS (Learning Management System)

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements for LMS (Learning Management System) are met and accurate

  • Provide reports to senior management on course completion for relevant employees in compliance with the appropriate internal audit requirements

  • Register and keep accurate records of training participation

  • Support the development, improvement, and implementation of training programs

  • Provide support to on site Home Lending training delivery teams, as well as teams nationwide.

  • Maintain upkeep of training id's and maintenance schedule for all system training regions

  • Maintain on line curriculum storage / sharing process in shared drives

  • Coordinate on-site class schedules and external class attendance for employees

  • Manage the logistics for each workshop. Includes making room reservations, supplying sign in sheets and supplies, training room readiness/maintenance, training material orders, equipment inventory and maintenance, etc.

  • Problem-solve training related issues, such as room reservation changes and reproduction of materials with minimal guidance

  • Support Home Lending learners with training inquiries and trouble-shooting requests

  • Create and maintain a weekly training delivery schedule for Home Lending teams

  • Manage supply budget, maintain supply inventories, and prepare various training materials and special office supplies for the internal and external training programs

  • Provide reporting support (i.e. material compilation, document preparation, presentation preparation, proofing, research, etc.) for major meetings and

    presentations occurring throughout the year

  • Manage the administrative rights and development of the Share Point site

  • Manage projects as assigned

  • Establish and / or create efficiencies for existing processes of department logistics


This is an evolving position and responsibilities will be assigned as deemed necessary and or required
·         Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, as well as adapt to change quickly

·         Ability to problem solve and research solutions to meet the needs of the customer

·         Ability to learn new processes quickly and complete tasks with limited supervision

·         Ability to manage deadlines, work efficiently on multiple projects and prioritize assignments as necessary

·         Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience, in adult learning design and delivery

·         Familiarity with learning methods, facilitator tools, use of job aids and delivery tools preferred

·         Experience working in an LMS (Learning Management System)

·         Computer proficiency with MSOffice applications with a high level of proficiency in Excel

·         Strong oral and written communication skills are critical

·         Ability to take direction from multiple managers

·         Ability to make sound judgment decisions

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Ability to build relationships with personnel in all levels of the organization

·         Work well as a team with others

·         Able to work across functional areas with a variety of personnel throughout the organization

·         Maintain confidentiality of client, company and personnel information 

·         Some experience with project management skills 

·         Experience planning and coordinating large events desired 

·         Ability to identify opportunities to manage costs 

·         Ability to lift, load and unload boxes of notebooks, materials and supplies; manual set up and maintenance of training sessions required

·         Willingness to work at alternate (local) site if needed to accommodate equipment maintenance/inventory and training room readiness/material set up requests
