About the Job

The CRM Support Analyst will, on a temporary basis, work at the direction of the Sales Effectiveness Manager to provide critical product support for KEF¿s current CRM system and will work on projects that support KEF¿s ability to migrate smoothly to a common CRM system used by Key¿s Corporate Bank. The successful individual will have strong technical aptitude and an ability to work independently against goals and objectives set by the Sales Effectiveness Manager.

Essential Job Functions

Day-to-day user support and troubleshooting for SalesLogix CRM web client and mobile application, Qlikview dashboards, and *Lotus Notes integration software
*Collaborate with Development and Systems Support technical teams
*Serve as SalesLogix Administrator handling new user requests, territory realignments, etc
*Deliver SalesLogix new user and ongoing training
*Project manage SalesLogix software upgrades and patches, including user acceptance testing
*Represent line of business on technical aspects of CRM and Origination integration project
*Represent line of business on technical aspects of enterprise Siebold CRM project team to deliver the best technical solution which meets the business requirements
*Assist Business Analysts in gathering and translating business requirements
*Ensure compliance principles are integrated in technology business solutions (ie: access control, recovery, data protection)
*Build relationships with contracting line of business to gain an understanding of business needs to ensure end results align with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

Familiar with SalesLogix, Siebold and/or similar CRM software
*Familiar with Crystal
*Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent work experience
*Minimum 3 yrs. experience in business related processes
*Demonstrated business and technical knowledge in creating integrated solutions 
*Technical-oriented business analyst experience preferred
*Familiar with security, risk management, and IT process principles
