Principal Responsibilities: • Responsible for leading and managing the CTI Project Management Portfolio delivering projects successfully for ICG in Asia. Directly accountable for managing a team of 8 to 10 experienced project managers. • Be constantly on top of the status, risk/issues of programs and projects managed by the team; and provide management support and guidance to the team to ensure timely delivery. • Work in close partnership with ICG technology and business units in identifying and prioritizing project demands and ensure timely programs and projects delivery in meeting business needs. • Ensure sufficient project management resources in meeting business demands; work in close partnership with infrastructure delivery teams to identify and optimize resources (financial funding, equipment, man-power) planning in delivering quality and timely infrastructure solutions. • Collaborate and coordinate with Asia Pacific Technology Finance on projects investment planning, forecast and tracking. • Participate in team challenge activities and process improvement initiatives, constantly driving improvement in timely programs and projects delivery to businesses, while balancing well with full compliance to required policies, standards and processes. • Championing ASPAC CTI to the ICG technology and business groups • Mentoring the team in maturing in project management skillset for end-to-end projects delivery.• 5 years in a technology banking role with last 5 to 10 years managing major programs and projects. • Degree or higher. • Formal Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is desirable. • Good understanding of various technology platforms and architecture. • Strong financial and communication skills. • Experience in engaging senior business stakeholders. • Experience in people management will be preferred. |
