Job Description:

STRATEGIC INTENT

 


As a CTI Wintel Senior Systems Administrator, you are responsible for technical support and administration of all Wintel platforms for both daily operations and CTI Projects.  In addition, you will assist the team to ensure adherence to the regional and global standards/procedures, in compliance with the Citi policies.

With Australia reporting into the ASPAC regional domain (Singapore), you will be required to adhere to direction from regional operations, while also meeting the needs of local business and infrastructure management.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Working with global and local teams to develop technology strategies and standards

  • Providing senior technical consultancy and assisting in the management of projects, integration testing and new business technology requirements

  • Maintain existing systems infrastructure and architecture to ensure stability and high availability

  • Build a trusted relationship with business divisions and key stakeholders

  • Design, installation, upgrades and maintenance support of NetApp storage devices

  • Design, installation, upgrades and maintenance support of VMWare ESX Virtualisation Infrastructure

  • Security, vulnerability and patch management of Wintel systems

  • Internal and external Audit activities involving technology infrastructure

  • Citrix Farm management


 

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES 


  • Proven technical experience (preferably in finance)

  • MCSE or equivalent experience

  • ITIL or equivalent skills

  • Skills in the following: Windows 2003/2008 Server, Exchange, TCP/IP

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Active Directory administration & design

  • Microsoft Networking

  • Solid technical skills in design and development

  • Service SLA and technical escalation

  • Citrix Farm management

  • VMWare deployment and management

  • Project delivery

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Positive motivational attitude

  • Natural Leadership skills / attributes


  • Experience in supporting trade floor customers
