Job Description:

Title:  Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst     PRIMARY OBJECTIVES  
  • To assist senior team members in mandate origination and in transaction handling in the region, taking responsibilities for the day to day management of transactions.
  • To provide guidance to, and review and monitor the work of, junior members of the team.
  MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Data gathering and analysis
  • Drafting of marketing documents
  • Business modelling and valuation
  • Coordination and support to the team
  KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:  
  • Technical knowledge: financial modelling, valuation, corporate finance, strategic analysis, familiarity with and working knowledge of applicable business and commercial laws and regulations
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Presentation and project management skills
  • Team player
  • Client and commercial awareness
  • Tertiary education in related discipline
  • Fast learner
  • Having initiative and flexibility
