Job Description:

The Vendor Manager would be responsible for establishing a vendor oversight program in conjunction with key global, regional and country stakeholders. She would also identify key metrics for development of reporting for management dashboard.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



• Build and roll out regional vendor management procedures that align with global procedures while taking into account country specific requirements



• Establish a regional vendor oversight program in conjunction with key global, regional and country stakeholders



• Identification of key metrics and development of reporting for management dashboard



• Analyze supplier proposals, structure and negotiate supply agreements and manage supplier relations and performance



• Establish strong supplier and business relationships



• Ensure full compliance with purchasing policies, procedures and standards, ethical practices, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.



• Responsible for Supplier Risk Management procedure and process definition and implementation across the region in conjunction with global ICG Supplier Risk Management group



• Coordinate all administrative requirements including approved supplier program, TPISA, contingency planning and vendor Continuity of Business planning and reporting



• Identify and standardize tool usage like SharePoint and NEMS



• Issue management - Facilitate regular meetings between development teams and suppliers to allow discussion re: issues, challenges and improvement plans


• Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an accredited College or University, MBA preferred.

• More than 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Strong analytical skills and experience on process redesign and re-engineering

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Broad understanding of financial services business, either Capital Markets, Transaction Services or Private Banking

• Ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, obtaining consensus.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills with strong influencing and persuasive talents.

• Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of initiatives. Has an aptitude for innovation.

• Must be flexible, manage and follow up on programs and initiatives
