Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will effectively manage all Congressional responses and review executive customer relations inquiries, working with all necessary internal business partners. Handle day-to-day Congressional, state and local government agency responses and review executive customer relations correspondence Experience Required: Bachelors degree with a liberal arts concentration preferred At least five years mortgage regulatory agency, trade association or similar professional experience. Strong knowledge base of the mortgage industry and a general understanding of the legislative process Knowledge of how state agencies operate and are organized. Persuasive written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow through skills Computer proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point.
