The successful incumbent will have the following key responsibilities:-

  • Management of your designated partnership to ensure the achievement of optimal and sustainable financial performance
  • Coaching the team to work with a structured sales discipline through the CIS principles and building and leveraging relationships with specialists for the best outcomes for the customer
  • The implementation and management of strong risk management and compliance standards
  • The demonstration of exemplary leadership behaviours, including inspiring and motivating employees to achieve excellence in individual and team performance
  • Development of a dynamic local market strategy
  • Increase NAB's profile within the community and local networking

Significant banking experience in either business, private, corporate, credit or specialised business, management of a team, ideally with functional and professional diversity, sales and operational management experience, and a relevant business-related tertiary qualification will impress, but it's your drive and tenacity that will stand you apart from the rest.
