A 9 month fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for a Collections Associate to join a Growth Partnerships team based in Melbourne's CBD. This is an outbound call focused role which will see you contact and negotiate with clients/borrowers to clear arrears at the earliest possible opportunity. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in the mortgage collections, banking and finance or customer service industry in a phone based role. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to learn quickly and be able to build relationships with a diverse range of people. You will also be a team player and be focused on risk and compliance.
