The Service Adviser will provide Support and Service to our Team Members, Merchants, and Internal and External Stakeholders, by way of understanding, diagnosing, documenting and resolving issues causing them concern. Key Responsibilities:
Experience: To be successful in this role you will have previous experience within a busy service centre environment. You will have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely and have a proven ability to diagnose and resolve enquiries. You will require strong customer service skills, and an ability to adopt an analytical approach to resolve a merchant's queries.
