Job Description:

An exciting opportunity exists for an individual to join the NSW/ACT Westpac Financial Planning in a key role supporting the State Head and leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Compliance
  • Ensure the Team is fully accredited at all times, in all relevant competencies, products, and complete all required continuing education assessments and compliance training within required timeframes.
  • Manage customer complaint resolution, in conjunction with the dedicated Wealth Complaints Department.
  • Ensure planner adherance to relevant compliance policies and identify and remedy any potential risks within the Advice business
Financials
  • Drive and deliver financial performance and operational efficiency of business within agreed parameters by meeting Advice business/sales plan, producing measurable growth in line with planner type and segment experience.
  • Establishing & monitoring sales targets, driving sales productivity, revenue, lead conversion, expense performance, recruitment and retention and joint fieldwork
  • Manage profit and loss and revenue growth of the business
Leadership
  • Draw upon individual and specialist development internal and external resources, such as Advice Coaching, Training Learning & Development to provide your team with sales, technical knowledge and strategy coaching.
  • Foster a sense of teamwork amongst the wealth team to maximise sales opportunities, ensure an exceptional customer experience and improve morale.
  • Recognise superior individual performance and celebrate team successes.
  • Fulfil all legal obligations reflected in Westpac's policies, procedures and guidelines (EEO, OH&S)
