We are currently seeking to appoint an exceptionally, self motivated Financial Planning Referral Team Leader to lead a team within the Financial Planning department. It will involve: Motivating, coaching and leading a team of up to 15 Advisers Manage team appointments and response times to customer enquiries Manage customer referrals to ensure they are handled professionally and efficiently, and that appointments are made with the appropriate person in a competent manner Process applications and documentation accurately Completion of general reporting Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies If you have: Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team Contact Centre experience Have the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure Excellent written and communication skills Strong customer service APPLY NOW!
