The Group Compliance function oversees the management of regulatory and compliance risk across the enterprise and is responsible for supporting Group wide standards and consistent practices for compliance risk management. Responsibilities include the development and execution of oversight programs and activities, offering advice on complex compliance issues and providing insight to Group Governance Committees and the Board on the management of compliance risk. To be successful in this role, you will ideally be degree qualified with significant professional compliance experience within the financial services industry. Strong commercial acumen and judgement around risk management and an ability to influence senior members of the management team will be critical to succeed in this role.
