The Asset Finance division is NAB's specialist equipment finance business. Having created innovative products for vehicle, plant and equipment financing to suit the differing needs of businesses, NAB Asset Finance has the products to help keep business up to date and stay ahead. The Lending Manager works closely with the Third Party Sales Team, credit assessing equipment finance transactions, writing and approving deals within delegated authority ensuring compliance across all Bank policies. A great communicator, you'll thrive on managing strong relationships with staff and third party referrals and provide leadership and coaching to sales and lending staff on an ongoing basis. Ideally tertiary qualified with a business-related discipline, you will have highly developed credit and balance sheet analysis skills in conjunction with decisive decision making abilities. Equipment finance experience particularly relating to equipment and structuring risk will be highly regarded. You will be team focused, well organised and have a drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
