Role Overview: Responsible for ensuring legislative and audit compliances are met and are kept current with regards to HR processes. Identifies root cause of setup/ processing discrepancies and strive to minimize errors in order to ensure compliance with internal control procedures. Provides data and be point person in HR audits in accordance with Control Policies of internal, union and governmental agencies and performs periodic audits.
