•	Designed and conducted a control self assessment and elicitation of subjective data.

Assessed and analyzed the risk management practices of some selected Medium Sized Enterprises in South West Germany. The assessment included the categories of risk faced, internal structure for managing the risk, tools and instruments used and the challenges faced in managing the risk

HypoVereins Bank, Global Project Finance (Water & Regenerative Energy, and Transportation & PFI Teams) Munich, Germany.

Student worker 
Appraised new financing opportunities in the water supply sector. Reviewed and prolonged existing projects – IVPC4, 283 MW wind energy project in Italy: The Connect Project, Citylink Telecommunications Ltd, new transmission systems for London Underground Limited under the UK Private Finance Initiative (PFI): West Toll Concession, real toll road in Portugal.  Provided assistance in project evaluation and cash flow analysis.

Water Supply/Civil Engineer
Planned, designed, implemented and managed several water supply and sanitation projects sponsored by the European Union and World Bank/IDA for several small towns in Ghana. 

Key Achievements:
•	Supervised the construction of 18 rural water supply schemes. Project was delivered on schedule and within budget.
•	Managed the World Bank/IDA small towns water supply project till completion
•	Provided Hydraulic analysis for the EU sponsored 22 small towns water project.
